I am a bit less enthusiastic on day two, to be honest. I did only half the core exercises that I normally do, but I went through 60 dry-fire draws, from different positions. And I felt bad, so I did some planking exercise suggested on Gunsite.
Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
Part of the draw training is “from retention”. My new jacket is certainly not helping at the moment, as you can see in the video.
Tomorrow is movement day and I hope to get outside a bit. My house is rather full of visitors at the moment, so I’ll have to see about that. Otherwise I’ll just stick to the transitions.
But Thursday is club-shoot day at Cecil Payne. Hopefully things will go slightly better than last week.
